Topic: Unit 1 My New Teachers ‘Party A let’s Read and Write’

Teaching aims:

Knowledge aims: Students can read and know the meaning of the words to describe people, such as ‘ tall ,strong,funny’ and so on.

Ability aims: Students can use these new words and sentences to describe their teachers as Who is your English teacher? Mr ’s he like? He is tall and strong.

Emotional aims: Students can care more about their teachers and learn to love their teachers.

Teaching key and difficult point: The usage of new words and sentences.

Teaching aids: PPT/pictures/tape recorder /word-cards and so on .

Step 1: Warming up and lead in:

Do a chant as the teacher does as the following:

一看到这种大段的英语就头疼, 15分钟哪能讲这么多内容呢?

解析:

亲, 你又忘记了:考虑到时间的关系,一个好的试讲并不只是内容的多少,当然这 15分钟不能单纯的讲单词或者句型,而是讲通讲透了多少知识。方法就是从这一大段英语文字当中精讲2到3个单词,1到2个核心句型,其他内容的处理方式是通过听录音大致了解,或者给同学们自行阅读时间,通过阅读就可以自己解决掉的内容。请记得:学生没有你们想象得那么笨,离开老师走不动路。如果你还是这样想,不是学生笨,而是你笨。
